In the past 24 hours, Marion County Sheriff’s deputies responded to 21 calls for service
including, but not limited to: 3 reckless drivers, 2 rescue calls, 2 return phone calls, 2
accidents, 2 motorist assists, 1 fireworks call, 1 domestic, 1 juvenile, 1 welfare check, 1
follow up call, 1 extra patrol request, 1 accident, and 4 other calls.
In the past 24 hours, the Marion County Sheriff’s office communications center fielded
114 calls including 35 911 calls.
The Marion County Jail is currently holding 33 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 4 subjects
were booked into the Marion County Jail: Jase Dawn Maria Allison, age 22 of Knoxville,
was charged with OWI-1st; Jacob Rian Johnson, age 26 of Centerville, was charged
with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana 2nd, and speeding;
Taylor Seth Handrahan, age 26 of Ainsworth, was charged with domestic abuse assault-
1st; Malrie Joyce Cobler, age 18 of Knoxville, was charged with public intoxication, and
possess of alcohol under age-3rd.
July 21
In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 19 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 3 extra patrol requests, 2 rescue calls, 1 accident, 1 domestic, 1 power outage line
down, 1 incomplete 911, 1 juvenile, 1 follow up call, 1 suspicious vehicle, 1 dog call, 1
motorist assist, 1 return call, 1 reckless driver, met with 1 subject, 1 disturbing peace
and quiet, and 1 other call.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 88 calls including 30 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 29 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 3 subjects were booked
into the jail: Vincent Jeffrey Bilotti, age 25 of Knoxville, was charged with OWI-1st
offense; Brenden Michael Wheeler, age 18 of Knoxville, was charged with domestic
assault impede air/blood flow; Shane Steven Mudge, age 35 of Knoxville, was charged
with domestic abuse assault-1st, and harassment-3rd degree.

to: 9 extra patrol requests, 5 rescue calls, 2 follow up calls, 1 livestock call, 1
harassment, 1 dog, 1 motorist assist, 1 reckless driver, and 1 welfare check.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 100 calls including 39 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 26 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 1 subject was booked into
the jail: John Carl Dean Self, age 34 of Knoxville, was charged with assault causing
serious injury, and violation of a no contact order-domestic.
July 23
In the past 24 hours, deputies responded to 27 calls for service including, but not limited
to: 4 motorist assists, 3 accidents, 3 rescues, 3 extra patrol requests, 3 paper services,
2 requests to meet a subject, 2 reports of reckless driver, 1 report of suspicious activity,
1 business alarm, 1 juvenile, 1 follow up, 1 report of theft, 1 incomplete 911, and 1
report of livestock in the roadway.
In the past 24 hours, the communications center fielded 112 calls including 44 911 calls.
The jail is currently holding 27 subjects. In the past 24 hours, 1 subject was booked into
the jail: Mindie Suzanne Woodard, age 46 of Knoxville, was charged with domestic
assault-bodily injury 1 st .

roadway, 1 report of a reckless driver, 1 theft, returned 1 call, 1 harassment, 1
incomplete 911, 1 wanted person, and 1 transport.

to: 7 paper service attempts, 5 extra patrol checks, 2 suspicious person, 1 dog call, 1
motorist assist, 1 meet subject, 1 report of reckless driver, 1 vehicle unlock, 1
incomplete 911, 1 report of livestock in the roadway, 1 suspicious vehicle, and 1 other
call.

into the jail: Madison Roze Fee, age 32 of Oskaloosa, was charged with failure to
appear/contempt of court; Jesse Martin Kuhns, age 47 of Corydon, was charged with
driving under suspension; Ethan James Moen, age 18 of Hamilton, was charged with
harassment-3rd degree; Dakota Lynn Murphey, age 28 of Ottumwa, was charged with
driving under suspension; Gunner James Sondell, age 18 of Monroe, was charged with
possession-marijuana 1 st .

to: 6 extra patrol requests, 4 return calls, met with 2 subjects, 2 rescue calls, 1
domestic, 1 transport, 1 paper service attempt, 1 theft, 1 wanted subject, 1 welfare
check, 1 accident, 1 dispute, 1 livestock call, 1 suspicious person, and 1 other call.

Knoxville, was charged with assault-display dangerous weapon; Zachary Vaughn
Richardson, age 32 of Marshalltown, was charged with eluding-injury, OWI, drug,
possession of marijuana 2nd, reckless driving, driving while barred, violation-financial
liability-accident, failure to obey a traffic control device, and 3 counts of speeding.
